Kannus Church
Kannus’ most visible historical building
The Kannus Church was built under the direction of Heikki Kuorikoski in 1817. It is the third church in Kannus and also the town’s most significant and prominent historical building. The church is a traditional cross-shaped church. The interior is beautiful and bright. The church is open during events and also serves as a “roadside church” in the summer.
